Our
Programs
In 1978,
at its founding, HOINA served seven boys. Today, HOINA serves more than
200 children. The children come
to HOINA from villages, city streets, neighbors, pastors, and social
workers.

HOINA's girls' home (pictured above right) is located
in
southeast India near Chennai and houses more than
100 girls from infancy through college.
The boys' home near Visakhaputnam (pictured at right) houses
more than 100 boys and an agricultural program.
Both the boys' and the girls' facilities provide medical care,
education, career training, and hands on experience with the
arts.
HOINA also operates a free medical clinic which serves 15,000 women and
children annually, and a mobile medical unit which serves 35
villages, plus a hot lunch program for elderly widows (below right).
