HOINA’s involvement with the poor and destitute in India spans 3 decades. It incorporates homes for destitute, handicapped, and abandoned children, medical programs for rural villages, hot meals for elderly widows, and outreach to the communities in which we operate.
HOINA’s strives to ensure all our children are educated and trained to support themselves when they reach adulthood, and contribute to society.
HOINA has been a lifetime labor of love of our founder, Darlene Large. Her inspiring story is the very heartbeat of HOINA.
